Hello! I’m Marinah, and I find joy in movement, spending time with my puppy, and appreciating life’s simple pleasures like sunsets. My journey in fitness began at the age of three with dance and gymnastics, and over the years, I transitioned into strength training. This shift empowered me, boosting my confidence and helping me embrace my body in new ways.
Since 2013, I've dedicated myself to the gym, enjoying a transformative journey that inspired me to educate others. In 2022, I became a qualified Personal Trainer, eager to guide like-minded individuals on their wellness journeys. Initially, I didn’t have a specific focus, but I soon realized my passion lay in helping people train for their future selves. I emphasize practical strength training that enhances everyday movement and flexibility, making tasks like getting up from the floor feel effortless.
To further support my clients, I became an Accredited Nutritionist, enabling me to take a holistic approach to health. I work with individuals of all genders and fitness levels, aiming to optimize their well-being through movement, mindset, and nutrition.
