Have full access to a personalized exercise app. Every aspect is specifically for you, make contact with your trainer, share goals and look at workouts, nutrition and personal growth.

About AllureFitnessTraining

1:1 Online Coaching

  • A custom training program based on your needs, goals, and lifestyle (specific warmups and cooldowns, strength training, mobility work, and cardio) 
  • Programmed at 2-5 days per week (it's your choice) and updated every 4-6 weeks
  • AFT app access, with video demonstrations and the ability to track reps and weights
  • Check-in is done weekly or fortnightly to provide feedback, go through progress, and work through any issues
  • Open messaging outside of checkins 

Online Coaching Premium

  • A custom training program based on your needs, goals, and lifestyle (specific warmups and cooldowns, strength training, mobility work, and cardio) 
  • Programmed at 2-5 days per week (it's your choice) and updated every 4-6 weeks
  • Custom calories and macronutrients targeted to you, with nutritional support and guidance 
  • Example Day meal plan (updated weekly)
  • Ability to work together to create habits, and a positive lifestyle to benefit you long-term
  • AFT app access, with video demonstrations and the ability to track reps and weights
  • Check-in is done weekly or fortnightly to provide feedback, go through progress, and work through any issues
  • Open messaging outside of checkins
